It was expected to be a Friday full party and pomp, with The start Semester opening party on full swing at the Bishop Square and MC Khalifa at the Students annex. Most people threw their cards on the Bishop square party since it was featuring no one other than the crowd puller Naiboi himself, who came very late when everyone was tired and sleepy and performed for less than a quarter hour, that right there was a major thumbs down!
The show started with a small crowd but as soon as Dj Almer got the beats flowing everyone was scrambling for space. Frankly Dj Almer was on fire! Even the most conservative of the KU ladies could not overcome the temptation and they did not spare their waists, luckily team mafisi knew exactly what to do at that specific moment! Thumbs up.
Another breathtaking part of the party was the elite dance crew with moves hot and steamy directly from a Jamaican oven. This was not only limited to the crew on stage but also to ODI dancers on the crowd were lit.
Enough of the thumbs up lets get to the downs of the long awaited event. Well as usual there was posed be performances from young upcoming artist but something was just amiss during there performances so after a little digging I discovered that the 'Bouncers' -in quotes because they were totally fake, niggers who have just been lifting tyres with no sense of professionalism- actually mishandled some of these artists leading to some of them cancelling their performances. That was one unfortunate part of the event since the scuffle was done on stage in front of the audience.
